History: Founded by Rerutta after being taken under by tsuki. He realized his potential power and decided even that wasn't enough so now he passes his kekkei genkei to whoever wants it for a price. They're goal to obtain the ultimate power. upon joining they must cut themselves once a day until they drench a cloak with their blood a little blood a day by the end of the month they must have the cloaks soaked.

Goals: To prove even under dogs can rise. Upon gaining their power they want to rule the world and kill all who oppose. So their goal overall is to destroy every nation. Each member will then take hold of the nation and remake it in their own twisted image.
